Cancellation Advance:
- More than 30 days before arrival → 90% refund of booking amount. 15–30 days before arrival → 60% refund. Less than 15 days before arrival → No refund. Date change requests → 10% of total booking amount charged. Primary guest name change → 5% of total booking amount charged. Downgrading room category → 5% of total booking amount charged
Cancellation penality:
- 100% cancellation charges apply if canceled within 7 days of check-in at some resorts. Refunds exclude taxes and GST, which are charged separately. In case of transport delays (train/flight), missed meals or activities are not refundable. Packages usually exclude certain sightseeing tickets (e.g., Kutch Museum, Aina Mahal, Prag Mahal, Sharad Baug Palace)
