Travstay.com – Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Travstay is a facilitator and does not guarantee refunds; eligibility is governed by third-party policies. 

  • Convenience fees and service charges paid to Travstay are generally non-refundable. 

  • Refund processing times vary based on the provider and your payment method.

2. Flight Ticket Cancellations and Refunds 

2.1 Cancellation Procedure 

  • Cancellation requests should be made via Travstay at least 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure to qualify for refunds. 

  • Requests within 24 hours of departure should be made urgently either directly with the airline or through Travstay’s call center. 

  • All cancellations made directly with the airline must be reported to Travstay for refund processing. 

2.2 Refund Conditions 

  • Refunds are processed strictly according to the airline's fare rules and policies. 

  • Special or promotional fares may be non-refundable or partially refundable. 

  • Travstay’s convenience fee is non-refundable. 

  • Refund amounts may be reduced by airline penalties, cancellation fees, or deductions due to promotional discounts. 

  • For partially used tickets, refunds will not include upfront discounts or promo codes applied at booking. 

2.3 Refund Payment 

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used. 

  • The time taken for refunds to appear depends on the payment provider and bank.
