How do I find and
reserve a hotel with your service?
TravStay.com now lists over
45000 hotels around the world. Simply select the
destination of your choice from the menu and you
will see a selection of hotels sorted by price,
name, best value or star.
TravStay.com offers are in the
1-star to 5-star categories, and will usually have
4 - 6 photos of important features such as the
exterior, rooms, dining and recreational
facilities, etc. Important amenities/facilities
and any additional facilities will be listed on
each hotel page.

Can I make a reservation directly
through the hotel?
The rates listed on
TravStay.com are only available through our
service. If you would like to make a reservation
directly , you will usually be charged an average
of 10% to 50% more.

What if I am afraid of sending my
credit card information on the net?
TravStay.com uses the latest in
SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Technology to ensure the
safety and security of your credit card
transaction. The SSL encodes your personal
information (such as your password, address and
phone number, or your credit card number)
If you are not wanting to enter your credit
card information on the site , you may call
TravStay.com toll free # 1-732-790-5420 and speak
to one of our customer care people. They will be
more than happy to assist you with your Hotel
Bookings. Remember, we won't be able to process
your request without credit card
information.

How do I know my reservation is
confirmed?
After we
receive your reservation, we will send you an
immediate e-mail confirmation. This e-mail will
include your hotel voucher, showing your booking
details. This voucher can then be presented upon
check-in at the hotel.
If you do not receive any mail from us within 1
working day after placing an order, please kindly
contact us immediately at support@travstay.com,
quoting your booking reference number. You will
receive a response within 24 hours.

Can I change my hotel
reservation?
If for
any reason you wish to change your reservation,
please notify us as soon as possible. You can
email us at support@travstay.com.
(make sure to include your Booking ID). One of our
reservation consultants will get back to you with
a response as quickly as possible.
